Paladin oath of devotion.
I am currently playing Devotion. I chose it for "RP" reasons, being the helpfull knight in shining armor. Mechanically I think the other two are better, since Devotion gets a few Paladin spells prepared and some cleric spells, which aren't necessarily the best. Their oath abilities also aren't that amazing, but they do fit very well thematically.
The Oath of Vengeance also has a less impressive level 7 ability which means you won't care as much if you multiclass the level before that. Even Oath of Devotion will crack higher damage when you factor in their Channel Divinity to buff their weapon.
