I know three ways to emulate amiibos. If you got a hacked switch, you can use emuiibo together with Amiigo (best option) You can buy cheap NFC215 tags and use an app to write Amiibos to it. But there is a problem, Amiibos NFC have to be locked. This mean, you can't overwrite the same NFC Tag and you have to buy a new NFC chip for each amiibo.
