After sifting through all the comments under this post, I've realized one thing: The people of Tarkov will never agree on anything. Most people disagree with the haters, but even the pissy "chads" have made a stand in the comments. Some even called for a full removal of scav runs, which is honestly kinda stupid.

Wow drippy pmc dude!, Lets play together sometime!! Weirdly enough the confidence and lack of fucks given on a terrible scav loadout (like pistol, no backpack style) ends up giving me crazy returns. The naked scav is brutal though. This happens after you fail to transfer loot from your scav to your inventory.
im_Heisenbeard. •. This is the work around, you invite another scav to your group but immediately hit ready so that they aren't in your group, but you are a group leader. This prioritizes you and you get in within 2 mins instead of 15. The queue for some reason prioritizes groups before solos.

Night run on reserve. Especially with the new tunnel expansion, the loot overfloweth. Dec 31, 2023 · To many players, Scavs are just soulless AI wandering through the various maps of Escape from Tarkov. They're either barely a threat at all or have the aim and foresight of the Terminator. You never know what you'll get when you go up against them, even worse when you're up against a player Scav.

I can't say for sure but I might have gotten a scav with a skull lock and nvg a while ago but idr. I have never gotten nvg's on night raids as a scav. I've never had a scav with NVGs. So - even while fighting I'd prefer Scav run. It is better to go through other Scavs for unexpected shot delivery, rather than Chad them all out and get shot easily through any armor I wear by meta 4 (even more often 5 ...
